Through Operation Main Street, more than 1,300 enthusiastic farmers, veterinarians and other volunteers are dedicated to telling the pork industry’s story of innovation, sustainability and animal stewardship. Most recently, this connected me with the Hollywood Rotary Club, where there was plenty of questions and open discussion about pig farming.

Great Grilling Guidelines

On summer evenings, the go-to at our home is to fire up the grill. In fact, we are one of THOSE families that grills during all four seasons. While cooking outside may feel more laid back, we cannot relax our focus on food safety precautions.
